Vlastnost IsAsync zjistí, zda FileStream byl popisovač otevřen asynchronně, což umožňuje kódu používat Handle vlastnost správně. Ve Win32 hodnota true znamená, IsAsync že popisovač byl otevřen pro překrývající se vstupně-výstupní operace, a proto vyžaduje různé parametry pro ReadFile a WriteFile.
