IsLoopback vrátí true , pokud identifikátor URI zadaný při vytvoření této instance byl 127.0.0.1, zpětné smyčky nebo localhost, nebo pokud identifikátor URI nezadal informace o hostiteli (například file:///c:Dir/file.txt). Všechny ostatní identifikátory URI vrátí false.
