Publish an event
If you're using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys to host your registration form, you need to publish the event live to view the registration page. To do so, open the event and then select Go live in the command bar.
After you publish the event, the Event URL populates, and you can view your registration page and form. You can find the Event URL on the General tab of the event.
