Power BI does not read all data from Blob Storage

We have 6 IoT devices in Microsoft IoT Central. They are configured to export data to Azure Blob Storage. The data export rule in IoT central has the status "Healthy" and all devices are online and submitting data to IoT Central. From Power BI we are reading the Blob Storage data. In the last 7 days only data from 2 of the devices are showing in Power BI. What could be wrong?
