Remarks
To be a default serialization provider, a class must implement the IDesignerSerializationProvider interface and have an empty constructor. The class itself can be internal to the assembly. This class cannot be inherited.

_Attribute.GetTypeInfo(UInt32, UInt32, IntPtr) |
Retrieves the type information for an object, which can be used to get the type information for an interface. (Inherited from Attribute) |
_Attribute.GetTypeInfoCount(UInt32) |
