Gets a security token based on the username and password specified in the constructor.

Parameters
- timeout
- TimeSpan
A TimeSpan that specifies the timeout value for the message that gets the security token.
Returns
The SecurityToken that represents the security token to get.
Remarks
The GetTokenCore method is called by the ClientCredentials class when a client sends a SOAP message and an UserNameSecurityToken security token is needed.
The GetToken method calls the GetTokenCore method.
