Returns the relative URI between two specified PackagePart URIs.

The URI of the source part.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

sourcePartUri or targetPartUri is null.

ArgumentException

Either the sourcePartUri or targetPartUri does not have a valid Uri syntax.
