Gets or sets the protocol method to use with the pack URI request.

The protocol method name that performs this request.
Remarks
The Method property returns an empty string if the request resolves from the PackageStore cache. The Method property is only set when request references an external Web request, such as http or ftp.
The Method property is shared with the inner WebRequest (GetInnerRequest).
