Gets a value that indicates whether the LinqDataSourceView object that is associated with the current LinqDataSource control supports the insert operation.

Property Value
true
if the operation is supported; otherwise, false
. The default is false
.
Remarks
The CanInsert property returns true
if the EnableInsert property is set to true
. However, an insert operation can still fail if the associated data properties are not set or are not set correctly.
