An integer that represents the height of the title area of the SequentialWorkflowRootDesigner.
Remarks
A root designer title area typically contains the header and any icon associated with the designer.
TitleHeight calculates the integer it returns by getting the value of its base implementation and adding the height integer defined for the Header.
