Capacity profile (form)

Click Organization administration > Inquiries > Resources > Graphical capacity load. Specify the information that you want the graphic to show, and the appearance of the graphic, and then click OK.

Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resources. Select the resource. Then, on the Action Pane, click Capacity load, graphically. Specify the information that you want the graphic to show, and the appearance of the graphic, and then click OK.

Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resource groups. Select the resource group. Then, on the Action Pane, click Capacity load, graphically. Specify the information that you want the graphic to show, and the appearance of the graphic, and then click OK.
Use this form to define the information that you want to view in a graphic that shows the capacity load for a selected resource or resource group for operations.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select whether you want the graphic to display capacity information about a resource or a resource group. |
Plan |
Select to include information about a selected production plan. |
Percentage/Hours |
Select whether you want to view capacity reservations as a percentage of working time or in hours. |
Show capacity |
Select to include capacity reservations either as a percentage or in hours, depending on the value that you select in the Percentage/Hours field. |
Include operations scheduled |
If you schedule at the operations level, select this check box to include capacity information for operations that are already scheduled. |
Include job scheduled |
If you schedule at the job level, select this check box to include capacity information for operations that are already scheduled. |
Include production |
Select to include information about capacity reservations for a related production. |
Include planned orders |
Select to include information about capacity reservations for related planned orders. |
Include projects |
Select to include information about capacity reservations for related projects. |
Summation |
Select to include a summary of all capacity reservations for the resource. |
