Capacity reservations on resources or resource groups (operations resources)(form)

Click Organization administration > Inquiries > Resources > Capacity reservations.

Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resources. Select a resource, and then click Capacity reservations on the Action Pane.

Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resource groups. Select a resource group, and then click Capacity reservations on the Action Pane.
Use this form to view capacity reservations for the selected resource or resource group. Capacity is the percentage of the resource that is available for use in production. Scheduling is possible in different versions.
More about reservations on different load types
Reservations can be made on the following load types:
Operations scheduled - Reservations made based on a production order with the status Operations scheduled or on Operation scheduled production orders that are subsequently started.
Job scheduled - Reservations made based on production orders with the status Job scheduled or a job scheduled production order that are subsequently started.
Marked for deletion - Use when scheduling has been stopped, in which case you can return to the starting point.

Type |
Shows the type of resource is resource type, machine, human resource, tool, vendor, or location. |
Production unit |
Shows the production unit the resource and resource group is a member of. |
Hours |
Shows the capacity or reservation for the resource in hours. |
Start time |
The starting time can either be the expected starting time with the status Job scheduled or the starting time for available capacity. The value of reservations with the load type Operations scheduled or the reference type Planned order is 0. Therefore, for operations scheduled production orders and planned production orders that are not yet firm, you can only read the reservation in hours. |
End time |
The end time is either the time when a production order with the status Job scheduled is expected to end, or when capacity will no longer be available. The value of reservations with the load type Operations scheduled or the reference type Planned order is 0 (Zero). Therefore, for operations scheduled production orders and planned production orders that are not yet firm, you can only read the reservation in hours. As a result, process time for the production is not established. |
Resource group |
Shows the identification of the resource group. |
Site |
Shows the site where the resource is physically located. |
Type |
Shows one of the following the load types:

Load |
Shows the percentage of the maximum capacity that is reserved. This percentage depends on the Efficiency in percentage field in the working-time calendar, the Efficiency percentage field for the resource, and the Load field for the related operation on the production route. |
Property |
Shows the scheduled or reserved property. |
Seconds |
Shows the number of seconds that are either reserved or available. |
Locked |
If this check box is selected, you cannot reschedule or change the reservation. This function can be used for rush jobs or other important productions that must finish on time. This ensures that the production is not rescheduled. You can lock productions in the Production orders form. |
Oper. No. |
Shows the operation number in the production route that capacity is reserved for. |
Task type |
Shows the job type that reserved the capacity. The job type is specified in the production route and is a part of the operation. The following job types exist:

Priority |
Priority of operations that reserved the resource. Prioritization is used for simultaneous operations. If you are not working with simultaneous operations, then the operation's priority is always primary. The operation can have one of the following priorities:
You set up the priority in the production route. For more information about prioritization, see the Priority field in the Route operations on route version (form) dialog. |
Job identification |
Shows the ID of the job that capacity is reserved for. |
