Dear Experts,

my business partner did the setup of the microsoft founders hub, unfortunately only her user is able to see the spendings of the credits. So the first question is how can I also access the dashboard with my user which is the global admin of our tenant to do decisions like changing subscriptions for our azure services if the credits are used in of one of them.

Furthermore we inspected the dashboard together and it seems inconsistent because of the following:

This overview shows 2 active subscriptions which both seem to have no usage so far.In the second picture however costs have been occurred on one of the subscriptions (for the services we used, this is comprehensible). How can I now decide with the information given which subscription has credits left and which one not?

Thanks for all support!User's imageUser's image

    Hi Kelaja Schert,

To access your Founders Hub credits, navigate to the Founders Hub portal and sign in with your credentials. Once logged in, go to the "Benefits" tab to view, manage, activate, or request support for specific benefits. For detailed and accurate consumption data, it is recommended to use the Azure Sponsorship Portal, as the Founders Hub may sometimes display incomplete or outdated usage information.

If your startup is on a legacy commerce platform, some cost management features in the Azure portal may not work as expected. For example, a subscription may appear active without showing any usage due to reporting delays or data synchronization issues between dashboards. The Azure Sponsorship Portal offers more reliable, per-workload usage data and is the best source for tracking actual consumption and remaining credits.

Please ensure that you are signed in with the registered Azure Sponsorship account, as only account owners have access to the Sponsorship Portal. If you encounter an error such as "This account does not have an active Sponsorship," it means the logged-in account is not authorized. In this case, you may need to switch to the correct account or request access from your business partner if they are the account owner.

Additionally, ensure your user account is properly added to the Founders Hub and has the necessary permissions to manage and view benefits. If your account is set up as a Global Admin and is associated with an active sponsorship, you should already have access.

Please refer to the doc, Azure Credits and Billing FAQs
