Request for Assistance with Microsoft 365 Developer Program Access

Question

I am currently preparing for the PL-200 certification exam and urgently need access to an environment where I can practice using Microsoft Dataverse and model-driven apps. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to enroll in the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and access the E5 sandbox.

I have a valid Microsoft Entra ID and have tried signing in using the following account:

<PII: moderator removed>.onmicrosoft.com

However, I consistently receive an error stating that I am not eligible for the E5 sandbox. This has been quite discouraging, as hands-on practice is essential for my exam preparation.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or guiding me on alternative ways to access a suitable environment for learning and development.

If you still want to continue with the program, the official path forward is to sign up for a new Microsoft 365 Developer subscription from the official program website. Please note that it does not have permanently free using, you have to qualify again for renewing.

1.You can use Power Apps per-app plan trial:

Microsoft offers a free 30-day trial of the Power Apps Per-App Plan, which includes full access to Dataverse and model-driven apps.

There are requirements for Microsoft 365 Developer Program that you probably don't meet (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program-faq#who-qualifies-for-a-microsoft-365-e5-developer-subscription-)

However, you don't need Microsoft 365 license to learn Power Platform, just a tenant, especially for PL-200 which focuses on Dataverse.
