Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. If you’d like to move a Loop paragraph to another channel, the process is actually pretty straightforward. Just open the message where the Loop paragraph currently lives, click the Copy component option in the top‑right corner, then head over to the channel where you want it to appear. Once you’re there, place your cursor in the compose box, paste it with Ctrl + V, and send the message. The Loop will show up in the new channel as a fully live component that everyone can continue collaborating on.
If you also want to unlink it from the original channel, you can return to the initial message and delete it so it no longer appears there.
After that, it helps to check the channel’s Shared (or Files) tab and locate the matching .loop file (the name usually reflects the text or title of the paragraph). Deleting that file removes the original reference completely.
In case your goal is only to remove access rather than delete the Loop altogether, you can simply update the sharing permissions on the file instead. This thread explains that approach if you need it: How to remove/unshare a loop component? - Microsoft Q&A
I hope this gives you a clearer picture, but if anything is still confusing or if you'd like help with a particular scenario, feel free to reply under this post anytime. I’m always happy to support you.
