    Hello

Windows license is typically not refundable, so you won't find any of the options in your account to do so on your own. You need to contact support and they can help you manually.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Windows" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

Multiple charges can happen if the payment page is submitted more than once or if an earlier attempt is retried in the background.

To confirm and resolve the extra charges:

    1. Check Microsoft order history
      • Sign in to the Microsoft account used on this laptop and review recent orders and charges.
      • Look for multiple purchases for the Windows 11 Pro upgrade with the same amount that appear close together.
      • Use this page to review your order history: Review your order history.
    2. Check for duplicate payments or multiple accounts
      • If only one charge appears in your Microsoft order history but your bank/card shows three, there may be multiple Microsoft accounts using the same card.
      • Go to your Microsoft account Payment options and select Investigate to search for other accounts using your card: Manage your payments, then choose Investigate as described in the article.
    3. If you confirm duplicate charges for the same order
      • If you were charged more than once for the same order, have your Microsoft account sign-in and order number(s) ready and contact Microsoft Store Support so they can review and adjust billing if appropriate: contact Microsoft Store Support.
    4. If you don’t recognize one or more charges

If Microsoft Support cannot find matching transactions on any of your accounts, contact your bank/card issuer to dispute any remaining unrecognized or duplicate charges.
