    Hi @Jodi Fenner

Thank you for reaching out and providing the details of your issue.

The error you’re encountering is related to a Microsoft Entra redirect URI mismatch (AADSTS50011). In simple terms, Microsoft Bookings is attempting to redirect the sign-in process tohttps://bookings.cloud.microsoft/mail/, but this URL does not exactly match what is configured for the application in Microsoft Entra ID.

According to Microsoft guidance, this error occurs when the redirect URI sent by the application does not match one of the URIs registered for that app.

For more information, you may refer to: Error AADSTS50011 the redirect URI does not match the redirect URIs ...

You can try the following steps:

1/ Test in a private/incognito window and another browser

    • Open an InPrivate/Incognito window
    • Try accessing Bookings using a different browser (Edge, Chrome, or Safari)
    • Clear browser cache and cookies related to Microsoft sign-in if needed, as stored data can sometimes interfere with the redirect process.

2/ Check Conditional Access policies (Admin required)

In some cases, Conditional Access policies may affect the authentication flow and lead to unexpected redirect errors.

Please ask your IT admin to:

    • Go to Microsoft Entra ID > Conditional Access
    • Review any policies targeting Exchange Online or Office 365
    • Check if any restrictions might be impacting the sign-in process.

    3/ Contact your IT admin

If the issue continues, please reach out to your IT admin, as they can submit a support request via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by following this guide: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

If you’re unsure who your IT admin is, you can find guidance here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

I hope this helps you move forward. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I’ll be happy to assist further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The error indicates a redirect URI mismatch (AADSTS50011) for the Microsoft Entra application used by Bookings. The URI https://bookings.cloud.microsoft/mail/ that Bookings is sending during sign-in is not registered as a valid redirect URI on that app.

Because this is a Microsoft first‑party app (Bookings), the redirect URIs for its Entra application are managed by Microsoft and cannot be edited directly in the tenant. In this situation, the issue is not with the personal Bookings configuration but with the app registration configuration behind the service. The correct fix is on the service side, not by changing tenant settings.

    Actionable steps:

    1. Capture the full error details (including Request Id, Correlation Id, Timestamp, and AADSTS50011 message) from the failure page.
    2. Open a support case in the Microsoft 365 admin center and provide:
      • The full error text (including the application ID [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed].
      • The Request Id, Correlation Id, and Timestamp from the error.
      • A description that the My Bookings link fails with AADSTS50011 for https://bookings.cloud.microsoft/mail/.
    3. Support can validate and, if necessary, escalate so that the correct redirect URI is added to the Microsoft‑managed app registration.

If any browser extensions, cached sessions, or conditional access policies are involved, test in a private/incognito window and from another browser or device while support investigates. However, the core problem is the redirect URI mismatch and must be corrected on the app registration used by Bookings.
