Hello @Robert Nelson
Thank you for contacting Microsoft QnA Team. I would like to confirm that "The retirement of Classic Administrators will impact your ability to use your Visual Studio subscription if you don’t take action." We are retiring Classic Administrator roles, including Co-Administrators and Service Administrators, on August 31, 2024. After this date, these roles will no longer have access to manage Azure resources.
As per above documentation link it clearly states To avoid any disruptions, you should transition to using Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) roles. The equivalent role for a Classic Administrator is the Owner role at the subscription scope, but you might want to consider roles with fewer permissions depending on your needs.
If you have any specific dependencies on Classic Administrators, it’s important to address them before the retirement date. If you need further assistance, you can reach out to Microsoft support or consult the Azure documentation for detailed steps on how to transition.
I hope this helps. I hope this helps and hence would request you to please "Accept the answer" if the information helped you. This will help us and others in the community as well.
