Start 365 E3 trial

We are a Microsoft Partner and have purchased an Action Package Subscription.

We are looking at moving our On Premise exchange server to 365.

As part of this I need to do a dry run first to iron out any problems with the migration.

I have setup several office 365 accounts to start an E3 trial but I just get errors, the main one being 'Error Code 43881'.

Just signed in with my new account ******@GXXXXXXX5.onmicrosoft.com, gone to Admin > Billing > Purchase services, selected Office 365 E3 and 'Start free trial' link

I get the following error

    Hi Katherine, For your reference

I can't get support via https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide because it says about half way down the page " Important You must have bought at least one subscription through Microsoft to access Microsoft support. If you bought all your subscriptions through a partner, contact your partner for support." I dont have a subscription to anything yet. When I follow the youtube video and can't find what I'm looking for when I click the headphone all I get is an option to call a number, I have tried this numerous times and whatever options I choose I get told to find help online. "

I've managed to log a support request through our Partner login.

    Thanks for you help.

    Regards,

    Andy

    Dear Andy Smith6,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Note: Please do not post your email address, password and any personal details on this public forum community.

To set up trial, you may also try form official website: Compare Office 365 Enterprise Pricing and Plans | Microsoft 365 , click "Try for free" to sign in your account for a trial. If still get error, it is better to check more details for account from the backend side support team, they can collect some detailed and logs information. Since this is public forum, and we have limited access permission and resources to check the detailed query on forum community, and we cannot collect certain details, it is suggested to contact us via Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. Our online support engineer will further help you via collecting more detailed situation.

As you are Microsoft partner, you may need to also contact partner support, I will also share article for that: Get support in Partner Center - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn

Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
