Identity Validation stuck "In Progress"

Hi, I am trying to setup up trusted signing in azure, but I'm stuck on Identity Validation for 2+ weeks now.

I was under the impression that Trusted Signing is now available to all organizations incorporated in USA, Canada, European Union and the UK. This includes organizations incorporated less than 3 years ago.

I have submitted all requested documents/validations but the verification is just stuck on "In Progress" for the past 2 weeks.

Sounds like I had the same issue as this thread, but there wasn't any resolution there other than a request to DM?

If your identity validation request is stuck in "In Progress" status for more than two weeks, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Email Notifications: Ensure that you have not missed any email verification links or requests for additional documentation. If the email verification link was missed, you will need to create a new identity validation request.
    2. Documentation Review: Make sure that all the documents you submitted are current and meet the requirements. All documents must be issued within the last 12 months and have a future expiration date that is at least two months away.
    3. Contact Support: If you have confirmed that all your documents are correct and you have not missed any email notifications, it may be best to contact Azure Support for assistance. You can create a support ticket in the Azure portal or use Microsoft Q&A to ask about your specific situation.
    4. Role Verification: Ensure that you have the Trusted Signing Identity Verifier role assigned to your account, as this is necessary to manage identity validation requests.

If the issue persists, reaching out to Azure Support is the best course of action to get specific insights into your situation.
