What does this mean

I'm getting these error messages which is not allowing me to get any ethernet or Internet.

I have 2 computers running for my business but one of them is getting this software issue.

How do I fix this ASAP????

    1. The exact error 
    • The exact error text (or a screenshot). 
    • When/where it appears (e.g., at sign‑in, in Settings > Network & Internet, browser, plugging the cable). 
    1. Windows & device 
    • Windows version/build (Win + R > winver). 
    • PC model (or motherboard). 
    1. Scope of impact 
    • Does your other PC work on the same cable/port? 
    1. Recent changes 
    • What changed just before this started (Windows/driver updates, new software, VPN/security tools, policy changes, power events)? 
    1. Adapter status & warnings 
    • In Settings > Network & Internet, what do you see for the Ethernet/Wi‑Fi adapter? 
    • Any warnings in Device Manager > Network adapters (yellow triangle)? 

    You can try the following safe checks now while you prepare your reply; they may help restore connectivity or quickly narrow down the cause. 

    • Reboot the PC and router/modem. 
    • Try another Ethernet cable and a different switch/router port. 
    • Temporarily disable VPN/proxy/security software and test again. 
    • Run the Network and Internet troubleshooter
