It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile

A score of 730 is above the passing score of 700 for Microsoft certification exams, so the next step is to verify the certification status and, if needed, contact the dedicated credentials support team.

    1. Verify the exam result and certification status
      • Sign in to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard: https://www.microsoft.com/learning/dashboard.aspx
      • Check the exam history to confirm that the PL-400 exam on 14-03-2026 is listed as Passed.
      • In the same dashboard, check the Certifications/Transcript area to see whether the associated certification (for PL-400, the Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate path) is showing.
    2. Check Microsoft Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/
      • Open the profile (top-right) → Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
      • Confirm whether the PL-400-related certification or badge appears under Achievements.
    3. If the certificate or badge is missing
      • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support channel, which is the correct place for exam/certificate issues such as missing certificates or mis-linked accounts.
      • Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to take the exam.
      • Complete the requested contact details and save.
      • Open https://aka.ms/credentialssupport again; it will auto-select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
      • Fill in the support request form with:
        • Exam: PL-400
        • Exam date and time: 14-03-2026, 1:45 PM
        • Score: 730
        • Description: Passed exam but certification/certificate not visible in dashboard or Learn profile.
      • Submit the ticket and wait for the response (it can take up to about 72 business hours based on similar cases).
    4. If the issue is with accessing older or missing certificates
      • If the certification is visible but the downloadable certificate is missing or inaccessible, describe this clearly in the same Credentials Support request so the team can correct the record or re-enable download.

All account-specific corrections (linking exam records, issuing certificates, fixing dashboard issues) are handled only by the Microsoft Credentials Support team, not via community forums.
