To reschedule a Microsoft Certification exam scheduled at a Pearson VUE test center, use one of these options:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft certification dashboard
   • Go to the certification dashboard.
   • Locate the exam appointment that was scheduled.
   • Choose the option to reschedule and follow the prompts to select a new date/time and confirm.
2. Contact Pearson VUE support
   • If rescheduling via the dashboard is not possible or there are issues with the appointment, contact Pearson VUE Support and request that the exam be rescheduled.

Important policy notes:

• Exams must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. If an exam is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the entire exam fee is forfeited.
