Hello,

I only have access to my old edu email. I cannot access the cancel subscription section. Is there a phone number I can call to actually speak to person instead of all these articles that DO NOT help? This is a monthly charge that I don't use anymore and cannot access. All the directions do not help me since I don't have the proper access.

    Hi @Jennifer Paduavalle,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you would like to cancel your subscription; however, when accessing account.microsoft.com, you are unable to access the Subscriptions section.

First, you can try contacting Microsoft technical support via the hotline provided in the following link:

Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

If calling support is not effective, I recommend that you contact your administrator (such as your IT department or administrative office) at your school (the organization that provided your account).

The reason for this recommendation is that Education accounts are typically managed and configured by tenant administrators. They can assist you in canceling the subscription through the admin console.

After contacting them, you can provide the following documentation:

Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

In case they cannot locate your subscription in the admin console (this usually happens if the subscription was purchased through another program), they can help you create a support ticket directly with the billing team.

They have the necessary tools to check your subscription in the system and assist with the cancellation. You can also provide the following documentation to support the ticket creation process:

Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

I hope this information is helpful

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
