How do I fix a TOC4 level that is outside the margins in the Table of Contents?

I have a header on the 4th level of indent in my table of contents. It has the same format as the first 3 levels. The first 3 align to the right margin as expected. The 4th level exceeds the right margin by 6 or so spaces. How can I fix that?

Is there a way to set PPT to open with tool windows already open and laid out like you can do with workspaces in Adobe products like AE?

Here is my dual monitor layout as you can see I like tp have as much room with the slide canvas - so I open and move these tool windows over to second monitor - but have to do this everytime.
