Me and my team members cannot see anything in Enterprise Applications in Microsoft Entra Admin center today. We are loggedin with our administrative credentials but we briefly see "Error occurred" in the notifications area in the top right. Its not specific enough to tell us what the error is.

I confirmed we are signed in as admin.

Issue: Unable to see anything in Enterprise Applications in Microsoft Entra Admin center, even though you logged in using admin roles which are required.

Solution: You further investigated from the networking standpoint, There was an expired DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA loaded in our Palo Alto firewalls.

Under Certificate Management > Certificates, deleted it, and pushed to firewalls. Refreshed page and now everything loads properly.

@KjstechO365 Apologies for the delay in responding to this post, did a quick test within my tenant i dont see any error within the Microsoft Entra Portal, have you captured any fiddler trace or har trace at the time of issue so that I can work with my team to investigate this further for you.

Steps to capture HAR trace - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/capture-browser-trace

Nevermind, I found a fix. There was an expired DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA loaded in our Palo Alto firewalls.

Under Certificate Management > Certificates, deleted it, and pushed to firewalls. Refreshed page and now everything loads properly.
