We have an email situation that repeatedly keeps asking to enter a new password and it does not work,

we think the only way to solve it is to talk to a live person at Microsoft.

I am a degreed professional with 50 years of experience with mainframe operating systems and, since 2001 the Windows Domain Server. I encountered a verified defect in the software that killed the services that are provided to blind by my employer, a non-profit business. I reinstalled the OS and everything was working fine until I added the IIS role which changed, without notice, certain unknown security parameters that made it impossible to logon via Remote Desktop (MSTSC). I have tried this way and that to contact Microsoft about this issue. I thought a support contract sale would move things along. Apparently Microsoft no longer does direct sales. So I, a potential customer, cannot reach any responsible person at Microsoft without paying money to Microsoft. But how do I buy a contract? Searching the web and asking Copilot are ineffective. Copilot suggested getting on LinkedIn to directly approach top executives at Microsoft. Nothing says "We Care About You" like the public face that Microsoft is wearing.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
