Do you have more than one mailbox configured in your Outlook? If so, you can try the following:
Click your profile > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Compose and Reply > Enable "Always show From".

Under the options tab in outlook I am able to see only BCC option I am not able to see from option can you help with that?
