I am using windows 10. Appears as no internet connection. Ping out to www.msftconnecttest.com. Symptoms occur after the first attempt to connect to the corresponding ssid, and in other cases, "no internet connection" occurs occasionally. I don't want to change the register. If you are attached to the network in another area, it has never been like this. However, if you stick to this network, problems arise. Both wired and wireless occur. Do you know how to fix it?

    Hello,

Please run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

    Regards.

At the moment when "No Internet Connection" pops up for about 5 seconds, "Troubleshooting" is executed, but it says "I can't find the problem by solving the problem."

    Hi ,

Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following questions:

    1. Do you have internet access when NCSI reports no internet?
    2. What's the OS version of your windows 10? 2004 or 20H2?
    3. Is NCSI Active Probing enabled? HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet\EnableActiveProbing should present with value 1. HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetworkConnectivityStatusIndicator
      NoActiveProbe
should either not present, or value must be 0.
    4. Does the Network Connection icon show a red X, yellow bang, or globe in the system tray?
    5. Does the network card in Device Manager or Network Connections control panel show a red X or yellow bang?
    6. If you indeed have internet access, does restarting the Network Location Awareness (NLA) service fix the issue?

    Best Regards,

    Candy

    1. There is no "EnableActiveProbing".
    2. We don't have any other workplaces, and we're having this problem in our current workplace. This symptom occurs only on one side with the same PC.
    3. There is no Microsoft \ Windows \ NCSI \ Operational path. "Microsoft \ Windows" only comes up to this point.
    4. Some have hotspots, and some do not.
    5. Not connected.

Currently, this PC is not the only problem, but several PCs have the same symptoms.
