Trusted signing identity validation fails without reason or remediation steps

I have been attempting to validate my company's identity with Azure Trusted Signing service. Each attempt has failed with no reason given nor hints to address.

I have used various threads on this same type of issue and have tried suggestions made there. None of my attempts have succeeded or provided information as to why it failed. At this point, I feel that identity validation personnel are angry with my repeated requests. Remediation steps used so far have been sourced from:

Following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/trusted-signing/faq#what-if-i-fail-identity-validation I tried to ask for more info in stack overflow as suggested by the learning FAQ (but of course SO felt it was off-topic).

The changes I made in each request included:

  • removing ", LLC" from business name
  • for street address, removing extraneous "suite" info

The last attempt had an Identity validation id of ec4c37d9-214c-4239-994f-7e210c5aa158.

Our company has been in business for >3 years as required by the service.

I would appreciate any solid suggestions to fix my request so that identity may be validated.

Thanks in advance.
