Organizer of meeting is unable to cancel the event

Hello all,

I'm organizer for an event and when i try to cancel an recurring event for this instant it going away for few seconds and getting added back to my calendar in Outlook/Teams.

I tried it from outlook new and Outlook web but none of them seems to be working,

as I'm unable to delete i tried to modify the event but got the below error.

How to fix this issue.

    According to my research, this problem has been reported by other users as well. Some users mentioned that installing the update can solve this problem.

    Check for Updates: Ensure your Outlook and Windows are up to date. Sometimes, updates contain fixes for known issues.

    In my case it's mailbox storage issue for recoverable items folder and we enabled archive with auto-expand feature and now all working good for me.
