Anyone experiencing regular Teams app crash when using on iMac using Monterrey OS?
Every teams call I have - about 20 minutes in - the app crashes and I have to restart app, reconnect to meeting only to find I am on the call twice.

Does this issue only happened in Mac OS?
Have you tried to change another device to see if it can be reproduced?

Yes, it seems to be Mac specific. None of our employees (me included) have had this issue with our Windows clients.
It is happening to multiple users who are on Mac products. So it is not isolated to just one user/account.

Add me to the "me too" pile. Teams will not stay open and appears to be randomly crashing within 30 minutes of being opened.

I was not able to reproduce the issue ever but can say the issue has resolved itself over time. I'm not sure what fixed it whether its various OS upgrades to now (13.1) or a backend config change by microsoft as my mac mini was having the issue but not my macbookpro when they both were on Monterrery.

Same here, Teams meetings crash after 3 to 6 minutes. I have:
Emptied the cashe, twice
Thrown away the app. It reloaded itself.
Restarted my computer.
Disable GPU Acceration
Tried using the web version
Turned wifi off on my phone
Im on a MacBook Pro, Ventura 13.1
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I just updated to Ventura 13.0.1 (22A400) and this just started happing to me today. Crashing mid-call. Tells me I am on an older version of Teams on reboot, then I update it and the cycle repeats.

@JimmyYang-MSFT @Prasad-MSFT It seems that there is a systemic bug here that needs to be upleveled to your product development team / engineers. There are a LOT of people, including myself, having this issue. We should not have to go to other places to talk to other people. You have the ability to open a ticket on behalf of all of us. Please do so and then let this group know that you have and that it's under investigation. Thank you kindly in advance & Happy Holidays! I have the exact same issue. I had a couple of job interviews in the last few week and EVERY SINGLE TIME it happenned halfway through the meeting. Very unprofessional for the most popular business meeting software as it seems to be a bug in your software. Please fix asap. Thanks!
I have Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.33356. It was last updated on 13.12.22.
I'm running macOS 13.1 (22C65) on an M1 iMac.

I have the same problem too!
I'm runing teams (or maybe try to run MS Teams) on an Apple Macbook Pro 14" M1 Pro with Ventura 13.1
And it only starts and then freezes completly. It's not possible to click something.
Very dissapointing
Yes, i have only experienced it in Mac OS on my iMac. I have not tried any other device.
I have read on-line that clearing the cache might resolve the issue, so I have done that and will see how i fair tomorrow.
It has been a while, how is everything going?

I had the problem re-occur today on a Teams call - 20 minutes in to the call the app crashed and we had to log back in.
