Every time I try to deploy a product from the Azure Marketplace. I get an error at the validation step that looks like this:

Is there any way to resolve this?

This sounds like something that will requires a support case to resolve if it doesn't go away. Sometimes unusual errors are identified and resolved after a short time.

    Hello @Dagni McPhee ,

Thank you for posting your question and concern regarding the deployment failure: "Offer with OfferId: ' ' published by PublisherId: ' ' not found. If this offer has a restricted audience please verify you are part of it. Subscription ' '. "

This error message refers to the product is not being registered on the subscription level to deploy to the Cloud. The main reason of it lies in the Publisher's requirement to enable Cloud Access before deploying their products to the Cloud. Steps to accomplish it could be different and you could find these directly on a Publisher side.

    As example,

    Red Hat:

I hope above information should help you resolve the issue. Please contact me if you have any further questions with the troubleshooting.

I have raised this twice now in other areas for support and have been basically told that "non-Microsoft products in the Azure marketplace are not allowed to be deployed to your tenants region". I can't really get any assistance from my CSP partner(Intcomex) or their support on how I go about changing this.

These is a whole ecosystem of vendor and tools on the Azure marketplace that fill needs that Microsoft has not addressed but me and my clients can take part in these and no one seems interested in changing that.
