edgeHub sometimes loses subscriptions when restarted
What is the progress on the issue being tracked in the link below? Has it been fixed in any released version of iotedge? I observed it using 1.0.10 and I'm still seeing it with 1.1.3. https://github.com/Azure/iotedge/issues/4050# Thanks, Ryan
