    Hello @Missael Jimenez,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Are you installing the ISO/DVD version of "VS Ultimate 2013 with Update 3"(if you are using a web installer, some packages may not be available anymore)?

By the way, the ISO/DVD version of VS 2013 can be downloaded here: Downloads(note: it’s available only for paid level subscription).

About uninstalling VS 2013, you may need to try to use this tool: VisualStudioUninstaller.

    Best Regards,

    Tianyu

VS 2013 has been out of support for 5 years with extended support ending Apr of this year. If you get it to work at all you're lucky. MS is not ensuring backwards compatibility with VS 2013 for the online services anymore. Therefore you can expect that this, and other, features of VS 2013 simply aren't going to work anymore. In some cases there may be workarounds but most likely it simply won't work.

Is there a particular reason you need to use an unsupported version of VS? The recommended approach is to install VS 2022 and upgrade your projects. In most cases this may be as simple as letting VS do it for you but there are exceptions. Note that Community edition is free for personal, hobby use.
