If you are unable to log into your email account and do not have access to the recovery email address, you will need to contact your organization's help desk for assistance. Since work or school accounts are managed by the organization, Microsoft cannot reset your password or provide your password details directly. They will be able to guide you through the recovery process or help you regain access to your account.
