HI All,

Can we get help on this? It's 4 months!

"We received your refund request for invoice [Moderator note: personal info removed] on 2/24/2026. Click View refund details for the status of the request."

We opened support case [Moderator note: personal info removed], but after an initial apology from your team, we haven't received any further updates.

Thx
Ron

Support case status and refund processing cannot be checked or changed here because there is no access to customer accounts or internal tickets.

To move this forward after a 4‑month delay:

    1. Check the refund status online
      • Go to the Microsoft account Order history page and sign in with the billing account: Open Order history.
      • Locate invoice [Moderator note: personal info removed] and review the refund status shown there.
      • If the status shows the refund has been issued but funds are not in the payment account, wait a few days; depending on the bank, it can take several days to post.
    2. If no refund is shown or the status is unclear
    3. Re‑engage Microsoft Support with the existing case
      • Go to Contact Microsoft Support: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
      • Sign in with the same account used for the subscription.
      • Select the appropriate product (Microsoft 365 & Office) and category (for example, Billing and Payment updates / Manage my subscription).
      • When prompted, reference existing case [Moderator note: personal info removed], describe that there has been no update for 4 months, and request an escalation.
      • Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser or request a call back, depending on availability.
    4. If the charge or refund still cannot be resolved
      • Follow the guidance in How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft to verify the charge and associated account.
      • If Microsoft Support cannot locate or correct the transaction and it appears incorrect, contact the bank or card issuer to dispute the charge, following their process.
