Error code 43881 when trying to activate Windows 365 evaluation trial period right after the payment method (Mastercard debit card) was accepted. short workaround is to call MS and ask for a sales order to be generated as per this....

The core reason this is happening is that the card being used to access the service is linked to another subscription!
use a card that's never been linked to a MS subscription before!!!
