After starting Windows 10 IoT Core, the following message sometimes appears, After starting Windows 10 IoT Core. What could be the reason?
I tried several raspberry pi devices and it happened the same way.

Test process:
I restarted the 7 test devices 250 times.
Result:
The error appears once out of about 20 starts

Similar problem. Trying uwfmgr.exe to solve it. It will prevent SD card to be written. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot-core/secure-your-device/unifiedwritefilter
