DKIM and DKIM2 configuration on Custom domain

I have followed the instructions on: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/quickstarts/email/add-custom-verified-domains

And I'm unable to get verification to OK using the values the application suggest that I apply on the DKIM and DKIM2 records.

I looks like the _domainkey that is part of the record should have been replaced with an actual key.

There is no need to replace the _domainkey with any value, you need to copy it as is. Can you please elaborate more about your scenario:

Where are you hosting your domain? Are you using Azure App Service Domains or something else?

Are you using a subdomain? For example, are you trying to verify contoso.com OR notification.contoso.com?

It is hosted on Azure DNS. I'm not using Azure App Service Domains. I have a static website running on the main domain.

Yes I created a subdomain like notification.contoso.com, but I think it is a bit strange that the sub-domain is not part of the DKIM and DKIM2.

I have tried the same thing and that is still confusing. It is still not working. If you can help me to find out what is wrong would be better.

Hi Brijesh, it appears that you have a subdomain, though I'm not certain about your custom domain. Depending on whether you are adding the DKIM records to the root domain or the subdomain, you might need to modify the DKIM value by including your domain. For more details and examples, please refer to the following documentation adding DKIM records

Thank you for the confirmation @Bo Vium Thomsen . Indeed, the subdomain should be part of the DKIM name if you are adding it to the main domain, but if you are adding it to the subdomain, it should not be required.

Can you please add your subdomain to the end of the DKIM. It should be something like this: selector1-azurecomm-prod-net._domainkey.notification.contoso.com and selector2-azurecomm-prod-net._domainkey.notification.contoso.net
