Hi @Trinidad Pena,
Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the detail.
Regarding to your issue, are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account (such as @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com) or a work/school account from your organization (such as @yourcompany.com)?
If you have a backup sign-in method configured. If you previously set up alternative authentication methods (for example, SMS text message, phone call), please try signing in using one of those options:

When prompted, choose an alternative verification method you had set up previously (e.g., Text a code, Call my phone).
If you do not have access to any backup method
If your account is not an admin account, please reach out to your organization’s administrator and request that they revoke your current session and reset your authentication method.
Please have your administrator follow the steps shown in the following article:Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multi-factor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn
- Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least one Authentication Administrator.
- User -> all user.
- Select the user you want to act on, and select Authentication methods. then select Require re-register of multi-factor authentication.
- Require re-register MFA: This disables all previous authentication methods. You'll then be prompted to configure a new MFA authentication method the next time you try to sign in, so you can add a new authenticator app.
-

If your account is an admin account and no other admins are available, you will need to contact Microsoft’s Data Protection Team directly for identity verification and recovery. You can find the appropriate customer support number here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
Regarding your question, there is no supported way to bypass multi-factor authentication (MFA) without going through the proper reset process. This is by design to protect your account and organization’s security.
If you do not want MFA enabled on your account, you’ll need to contact your organization’s IT administrator. They can either disable MFA for your account or reset your MFA settings so you can sign in again.
Should you have further questions please feel free to reach out.
