I need help with tenant recovery

I am the sole owner of Smoke on the Water LLC and the domain shopsmokeonthewater.com through Squarespace. My ex husband, who is no longer with the company, had set up a tenant account and because of him revoking access I lost many business assets on my company computer. Nothing is clickable and my account appears to be a Family360 account now. I need someone to help me with the tenant recovery process so I can get locked business documents and forms back from the cloud. I can show supporting documentation that I am the rightful owner, such as domain ownership, Business registry, etc. Just let me know what you need.

The controlling account in question is Information deleted for privacy protection

Hi! At this point I set up a new tenant account so that I would have access to business help and submitted a ticket. I'm just waiting to see what happens with that. I submitted all documentation I think I may need (EIN letter, articles of organization from the secretary of state site showing I'm the only listed owner, screenshots from my Squarespace account showing I own the domain, etc) and I'm just waiting for a resolution. If you have any ideas on how to speed up this process I'm all ears though.

    Hi @Smoke on the Water,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In this case, I recommend that you contact the Data Protection team to receive support in recovering access and ownership of the tenant.

You can contact this service by following the instructions at the following address:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/fr-fr/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide

Here's how to reach phone support:

    • The reason for the call must be: AdminCenter
    • The role to specify is: Global Administrator
    • In the request description, the term AdminCenter must be mentioned.
    • During the telephone dialogue, to the question about the existence of another administrator, you can answer no. The call will then be transferred to an agent and a service request can be created.

Remark: No individual or department is allowed to intervene in tenant information, except Microsoft's data protection service. We thank you for your understanding.

If you have any updates regarding this issue or are experiencing any other difficulties, please feel free to share them with me. I will remain by your side until the problem is resolved.
