I can't log in to the Admin Center. It looks like my admin email address is not recognized anymore (I do get promotional emails from Microsoft). How can I open a ticket?

It's a MS problem - and a big one - we are many that are experiencing problems with signing in - I myself is waiting day two for them to fix it. I have had an agent try and it seems to be a caught in a loop - apparently Data Team Protection Team are the ones to fix two-step verification and MFA issues - I'm still waiting.

Yes, have noticed the same anomaly here with my admin account being ignored and auto logging in with my non admin account, then being stuck in the loop. Found a work around, you need to first log out of your browser sync account in Edge. Then log in again to the admin center, it then asks for the account to use, was then able to login with my admin account credentials. It's the way our SSO is configured I guess, our admin accounts by default do not have email addresses, strange one.

If you're unable to log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and your admin email address is not recognized, you may need to verify your account status or recover access. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Email: Ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your admin account. If you have multiple accounts, confirm which one is linked to your admin access.
    2. Contact Support: If you cannot access your account, you can submit a support request. To do this:
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center at admin.cloud.microsoft.
      • If you receive a message that you don't have permission to access the page, you may not be an admin.
      • Look for the Help & support option at the bottom right of the page.
      • Type your question or issue in the text box and follow the prompts to contact support.
    3. Provide Necessary Information: When contacting support, be ready to provide details such as your business email address, the sign-in ID you use, and any relevant information regarding your licensing agreement.

If you are unable to resolve the issue through these steps, consider reaching out to a VL Administrator in your organization for further assistance.
