2.If you are using work/school account:
Kindly reach out to your organization’s IT administrator. They can reset your password via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by performing the following steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and navigate to Users > Active users.
- Select the user account and choose Reset password.
- Follow the instructions to auto-generate a new password or create one manually.
- Save the account details securely (e.g., as a PDF) and share them through a secure channel.
