how to receive proof of taking exam?

Proof of taking a Microsoft certification exam is normally available through the Microsoft Learn profile and the exam provider, rather than only by email.

1. Check for the exam appointment and result

   • If the exam result or certificate does not appear, or if an older certificate needs to be resent, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can verify the record and help provide official proof:

     • Sign in, complete the profile, then reopen the link and submit a ticket under Product Family: Learning, Service: Microsoft Credential.

For school credit or recognition, many institutions require a verifiable link to the official Microsoft transcript rather than an email attachment. The transcript link from Microsoft Learn is considered the official proof.
