  • Go to the Rewards page, select Redeem, then Order history.
  • Check the Status of the order and use Order Details to view the code or link.
  • Use Resend if the confirmation email was not received.
• If a redemption code is invalid or an order keeps failing, contact Microsoft Rewards Customer Support via the Rewards support links so the Rewards team can review the account and order details.
