I am contacting you regarding my DP-100 exam scheduled on March 27, 2026. During the check-in process, I was unable to see the agreement button, and the check-in time expired, causing the exam to be marked as “Refused.”
I have already contacted Pearson VUE, and my case number is 36458978.
I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing this issue and coordinating with Pearson VUE to allow me to reschedule the exam without penalty.
