I recently bought 5.00 worth of credits with my Microsoft rewards points and with that money plus a little bit of mine, I bought robux with it. However, the robux still have not shown up in my Roblox account and I'm starting to think get angry. Also, the same thing is happening to me with my mine coins I purchased last week! Please help me get the in-game currency I bought.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this. Were you able to successfully redeem it on the Roblox website and no error/s was shown during the process and has it passed 24 hours after the redemption?

For issues where in‑game currency (like Robux or Minecoins) purchased using Microsoft Rewards points is not showing up, the next step is to have the purchase and reward redemptions checked directly by support, because account- and code-level verification cannot be done here.

    Use these steps:

    1. Verify the Microsoft Rewards redemptions
      • Go to your Microsoft Rewards Order History and confirm the gift card or digital code orders were completed successfully and note the order details.
      • If the reward was a Microsoft or Xbox Gift Card, it is usually directly deposited as promotional balance into the Microsoft account once redeemed. This balance is then used for purchases like Robux or Minecoins.
    2. Check for common Rewards redemption issues
      • Make sure there were no problems redeeming your Rewards points (for example, issues related to VPN/VoIP phone numbers or other redemption limits). If there was any error redeeming points or codes, review the guidance in How to redeem Microsoft Rewards points and related support articles.
    3. Contact Microsoft Rewards support
      • If the Rewards redemption looks correct but the in‑game currency is still missing, contact Microsoft Rewards Customer Support so the Rewards team can review your specific orders and, if needed, refund points or reissue a code. Use the support channel listed for Rewards issues (for example, the support link used in similar cases where invalid or problematic codes were resolved by refunding points).
    4. If the purchase shows as completed in the Microsoft Store/Xbox but currency is missing in-game
      • After confirming the Rewards side is correct, if the transaction for Robux or Minecoins is completed on the Microsoft side but not reflected in the game, support may need to coordinate or advise on next steps with the game publisher/platform.

Do not attempt to resell or transfer any Microsoft account balance or promotional credit; Microsoft account balance is non‑transferable and must be used only on the owning account.
