I need to see my results for a certification exam I took on Friday. Pearson Vue is the company that administers the exam, but they said Microsoft handles the scoring. I can't get any help from microsoft.

For most Microsoft certification exams (including AZ-500), results are typically available within minutes, but in some cases it can take up to 24 hours for them to appear in the Microsoft Learn profile.

Take these steps to view the result and, if needed, contact the correct support team:

    1. Check the Learn profile for the result
      1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
      2. Go to the profile menu → CredentialsCertifications.
      3. Under Past exams, locate the AZ-500 exam and select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard.
      4. On the Pearson VUE site, find the AZ-500 exam and select View to open the score report.
    2. Timing expectations
      • For most exams, results are available within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for the result to appear under the Certifications tab in the Learn profile.
      • If the exam included performance-based labs, scoring can take 30 minutes or longer before the score is available, but it should still flow into the certification database within 24 hours.
    3. If the result still is not available
      • If more than 24 hours have passed and the AZ-500 result does not appear in the Learn profile or cannot be accessed via Pearson VUE, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support, as they handle certification result and profile issues (Pearson VUE only delivers the exam).
      • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support channel described in the context (for example, via the Credentials Support portal) and provide exam details (exam name, date, and the Microsoft account used).

Pearson VUE support is appropriate only for delivery issues; missing or delayed scores and visibility of results/certificates are handled by Microsoft Credentials Support.
