Learning content (modules, learning paths, video series) on Microsoft Learn does not always provide downloadable certificates the way certification exams do.
To access official Microsoft certification certificates (for passed exams):
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
- Open the profile menu (photo avatar) and select Profile.
- Go to Credentials → Certifications.
- Select a certification, choose View Certification Details, then use Print and select Save to PDF to download a copy.
Alternatively, from the Certification Dashboard experience described in the documentation:
- Go to the Certification Dashboard.
- Select View Certificates in the Certificates section.
- Select the certificate(s) and use the download/print options to save them (for multiple certificates, a .zip download may be available; otherwise, print to PDF).
If the series watched is a training/learning series only (no associated exam-based certification), there may be no downloadable certificate. In that case, use the Transcript feature to show completed learning:
- Sign in to the Learn profile.
- Select Profile → Transcript.
- Use Share link or Print → Save to PDF to generate a document listing completed modules and certifications.
If an expected certificate is missing or cannot be downloaded, use the Certification support options described in the documentation to open a support request.
